This large mansion is located in a private road on the world renowned Crown Estate. The original development, constructed 25 years ago has been purchased by our clients it with a view to significantly remodel and extend the house and the large plot. Our clients have moved down from London and wanted to settle in a long term home for their growing family.
The house will be significantly extended with new wings on both sides of the main house over 2 floors, as well as a new leisure wing. Internally the house will be stripped back and remodelled and renovated and fully interior designed throughout.
