The house had a poorly constructed single storey extension containing a small kitchen. Our brief was to replace this with a contemporary kitchen which would sit comfortably with the period features of the original property, while exploiting its garden setting. Our design was carefully configured to maximise natural light and segregate new from old. A limited pallet of materials were used to emphasise the striking design with use of glass optimised.
