This property forms part of a large modern block situated just off Knightsbridge, close to Harrods. The project involved converting 2 apartments into 1 larger lateral apartment making the most of elevated views of the surrounding streets and private square at the front. The property was completely stripped back to leave just the service and structural core, and remodelled throughout.
Works included new upgraded flooring with acoustic lining, upgraded new walls and a new ceiling throughout.
We designed a large spacious entrance lobby area which leads to a the main hallway into the reception spaces and double backs into the master suite. The principle reception room has been carefully designed to incorporate 3no. windows with a symmetrical aspect leading to the formal dining room. These rooms feature specialist lighting, built in joinery and bespoke flooring with sliding doors leading back to the hallway.
The apartment is finished in a palette of understated finishes inc. metal inlayed marble, timber flooring and bespoke joinery throughout providing lots of storage.
