This lateral apartment sits in a modern multi story apartment building overlooking Gloucester Square. The apartment was completely gutted with almost all wall removed back to the shell and core. We obtained planning permission to create a new access to the balcony as we reconfigured the layout internally.
The apartment is designed around a central hallway opening up to both sides with primary reception rooms to the front overlooking the park, as well as the master bedroom, and further bedrooms, kitchen and ancillary spaces to the rear.
The layout allows for open plan living as well as the flexibility of closing off rooms if needed. Internally the apartment has been fitted out to the highest specification with bespoke joinery, specialist lighting as well as stone finishes. Specialist feature lighting as well as use of wall panelling, and tall doors creates a modern light filled aesthetic. The apartment has been fitted out with loose furniture as well as artwork for our overseas client.
We worked on this project in conjunction with property developers I&C Developments, with whom we have undertaken a number of other previous projects.
