A full refurbishment project in Weybridge, Concept 8 were involved from the initial concepts through to completion. While the front of the house has only modest alterations which allow only glimpses of the scale of the works undertaken it becomes immediately apparent that the property has undergone a major refurbishment as soon as you enter the property.
The main entrance circulates around a feature two storey staircase with a large rooflight overhead washing natural light into the heart of the property. A large study and living area sits to one side of the entrance hall while a games room and back of house lead off on the other side. As you move through to the rear of the property the layout opens up to a large open plan kitchen, dining and snug area with large corner-less glazing enabling strong connections to the outside spaces. The kitchen is served by a feature eaves window that allows more natural light in but also great views out.
