The entrance is emphasised with 4 classic stone columns to form the porch with a feature triple height hallway and void as the central focal space as you enter. There is a timber feature stair winding its way up the house leading to a feature master suite on the upper floor along with further ensuited bedrooms throughout. The ground floor consists of a formal drawing room, an informal family room, social kitchen and a large study, along with a large double garage, utility and boot room and WC / cloak room.
Completed for a private developer who undertook a property development for the first time. The project was built to budget and finished in 10 months, some 2 months ahead of program. Concept Eight assisted out client throughout the processes advising of all aspects of the project, assisted with selecting the contractor. We undertook project management and interiors product sourcing as well as full architectural services. The house was sold prior to completion and the client is looking to do his next development with us assisting him.
