Concept Eight completely re imagined the un-modernised property taking a 3 bedroom 1970's house and transforming it to a large contemporary home. The house sat empty for over 2 years, with an overgrown garden and in an unloved state.
Concept 8 undertook this as a turnkey development, with assisting in all aspects of the project including sourcing the contractor and components of the house. The project has been transformed to include a new glazed front atrium and hallway offering views onto the garden, with formal and informal living spaces to the side and rear. Access to the first floor is via an open tread stair with 5 bedrooms including the master suite.
