A complete update to a small detached Victorian property. The original house had very dark cellular rooms with limited connection with the garden. The works included reducing the whole house down to just 3 walls, and starting with a new ground slab, and working back up. We added a large rear extension, with large sliding doors to an outdoor terrace and BBQ area. On the first floor we extended rearwards to form 4 good sized bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. We also raised the roof level of the house to form a large master suite with bedroom with Juliet balcony, ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Internally the rooms form a mix of traditional and contemporary spaces, with the designer kitchen featuring an exposed brick wall.
