Projects handed over to clients for Christmas
January is always a busy month for us with new commissions being awarded to the studio. We also have a number of projects completed towards the end of the year to get our clients in for Christmas.
We have shortlisted 2 recently completed projects. Both are contemporary renovation to modest period houses.
Manor Cottages in Cobham form a pair of semi detached houses that we have renovated. The featured project includes large contemporary open plan living areas on the ground floor making the most of the garden. Use of polished concrete flooring adds to a contemporary feel to the property. The house is connected to the garden by way of glazed doors framing the garden and contemporary garden room. Upstairs all the bedrooms and bathrooms have been modernized and the floor plate extended.
Wolsey Road in Esher is a narrow detached period house which we have extended and fully renovated. We have used framed slot glazing to focus on key views externally. We relocated the staircase and formed a central utility hub dividing the formal and informal spaces. The garden has been fully landscaped and includes concealed external storage.
