New Build Properties progressing well on site
Progress on 3 of our new build projects on site which we are managing on site are going well. 2 of the projects are detached luxury mansions in large plots in Surrey with the 3rd a large mews house in Knightsbridge in a tight site which includes a full basement dig.
Ennesmore Mews is a new build home over 4 floors in a very difficult site. We have undertaken a facade retention with a new basement dig and then the introduction of a new loft floor. This has resulted in doubling up of the house. The cutting edge layout internally includes complete open plan layouts with the use of sprinkler systems and fire curtains. The house includes a feature stair running the full height of the property with voids used to bring light into the basement floor. The interior fitout will be to a very high specification and will include some very bespoke materials and finishes. Walls are going in the spaces are now all starting to take shape with the upper floors ahead of the lower floors.
Ashdown is a large large detached mansion over 3 floors which is racing ahead with scaffolds down to reveal the classically designed front with a more contemporary rear facade making the most of the views out. Walls are in and first fix is going in as the house starts to enter the fitout and finishes stage of the project, with all interiors agreed and orders placed. Next will be the construction of the detached garage and the extensive outdoor living areas will follow after that. Progress is ahead of schedule and our client is looking forward to moving into this spectacular home.
Riverside is a detached house with views onto the River Wey and the greenbelt beyond. It has been designed to make the most of the views out with extensive use of glass to the back. The house is racing ahead of schedule with the roof now in the form of the house is taking shape. Our interior team are racing to close out the final decisions on the finishes. This will be an amazing home making the most of its setting.
