Spring Project Handovers
Spring is a busy time for us for project handovers. With a number of larger new build projects nearing completion as well as a number of smaller house renovations.
Ashdown New Build - This large new build house is now at the final stages with the finishes going in internally and the last elements of external works taking place. We have undertaken all stages of this project and we cant wait for it to be fully completed, its going to be a fantastic home for our clients.
Copperfield - A complete remodel and extension to a detached house with features including a glass slot as well as an extensive outdoor living area and internal feature stair.
Dartnell Park Road - This period property has been extended and opened up to almost double the size and create large reception spaces as well as informal family rooms opening up to the garden. The house celebrates its period history while adding modern features.
Eastwick Drive - The project started with a dull rear facade, which needed to be re-imagned. With a remodelled ground floor we have made the most of connecting to the garden with extensive outdoor living areas inc a covered living area, a sun deck and a lap pool all creating a wonderful family space perfect for socialising.
Edgemont House - This full house remodel and significant extension has taken a modest 3 bedroom un-mod house and transformed it into a large 5 bedroom house with plenty of entertainment space for our client and their young family. The double height entrance hall sets the tone for a bright and open plan home. We are now working on their mother's house project.
Ennesmore Mews - This large new build mews house project in Knightsbridge was an engineering feat with a full deep basement in a tricky site, while the facade was retained, we rebuilt the rest of the house and added a new floor on top. With a very high spec interior fitout, with a central open tread stair as its crowning feature this will be a fantastic family home for our clients.
Firlands - This contemporary rear extension and internal reconfiguration is near completion with a new timber clad rear outdoor living area. This space houses our client's outdoor pizza oven which he uses come rain or shine. Features include glazed door that disappears into a wall and a concrete inside and outside seat deck.
Sidney Road - This complete remodel and significant extension to a detached house is now complete with a dramatic entrance and feature stair connecting the house vertically and horizontally. Features inc a central window box as well as multi level rear family room.
Silkmore Lane - This modest bungalow in the green belt has been dramatically remodelled and extended to the rear with a new vaulted reception room and kitchen making the most of the garden and views out. The use of glulam timber structure with glass makes for a pleasant environment to admire the outside. Our clients came to us asking for something out of the ordinary and they have certainly got that and are happily enjoying their transformed home.
Riverside House New Build - This contemporary new build which makes the most of its riverside setting has been handed over to our clients internally. They moved in while the front drive and rear multi level decking is completed. With some fantastic internal spaces, this will be a great entertainment space for our clients.
